"Greetings Watton" is a husband (Dan) and wife (Amber) run business, and with the help of our four-legged friend Fozzie, we pride ourselves on providing a personal service to each of our customers. This year marks our fourth year serving the wonderful people of Watton and its surrounding villages, and we are thankful to everyone who has visited our shop and joined the Fozzie Fan Club.

We strive to offer high-quality greeting cards, party supplies, gifts, and gift wrap, all at an affordable price point. We personally select, sort, organize, and merchandise all our products. We have items for all occasions—ranging from new baby announcements, birthdays, and anniversaries to new home celebrations, thank you notes, and sympathy cards. We also cater to all seasons, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, and Father's Day—making us a versatile choice for your needs!

Additionally, we provide the largest selection of helium balloons in town, featuring a straightforward pricing structure (no hidden costs) and specialize in creating stunning balloon arrangements. From beautiful bouquets to eye-catching number stacks, it’s incredibly rewarding to bring our customers’ ideas to life, creating displays that never fail to make them smile! We have recently introduced a convenient way to order balloons through our website, allowing you to pre-order from a curated selection for collection in-store—available for booking from 30 minutes to 90 days in advance.

We believe everyone should have the opportunity for face-to-face shopping, and we understand that accessing the High Street isn’t always possible. Therefore, if you or someone you know cannot access our shop, please reach out to us. As part of our commitment to the community, we offer 'home shopping' appointments. You can contact us with the types of greeting cards or other products you’re looking for, and we will arrange a suitable time for your visit. We provide the same high standard of customer service we are known for, and on the day of your appointment, we will gather a large selection of items to ensure you have plenty of choices, just like in-store. Each appointment lasts an hour, allowing you to set the pace while you browse in the comfort of your own home. Payment options are flexible, and if you live within 5 miles of the shop, the visit is free.

In the spirit of the upcoming season, we've conducted a ‘Spring Clean’ following our successful gift clearance and have introduced brand new gift ranges, including greeting cards, for baby, wedding/anniversary, and milestone birthdays.
