"Greetings Watton" is a Husband (Dan), and Wife (Amber), run business and with the help of our four-legged friend Fozzie, we pride ourselves on giving a personal service to each of our customers. This year will mark our fourth year serving the wonderful people of Watton and its surrounding villages, and we are thankful to everyone who has visited the shop in that time and become a member of the Fozzie Fan Club.

We strive to serve our customers high quality greetings cards, party supplies, gifts and gift wrap all at an affordable price point, and we do so by selecting, sorting, organising and merchandising all the products ourselves. We have products for all occasions - from new baby, birthdays and anniversaries to new home, thank you and sympathy, and all seasons such as Valentines, Mother's Day, Easter and Father's Day, we are certainly not a one-trick pony!

We also offer the largest selection of helium balloons in town, with a simple pricing structure (no hidden costs) and specialise in balloon arrangements - from bouquets to number stacks, it is so rewarding to work with our customers' ideas and make them into real displays which never fail to make them smile! We have just introduced a convenient way to order balloons using our website, allowing you to pre-order from a curated selection of balloons for collection in store, booked from 30 minutes up to 90 days in advance.

We believe everyone should have the opportunity for face-to-face shopping, and understand accessing the High Street is not always possible - so if you or someone you know cannot access our shop, please contact us. As part of our service to the community we offer 'home shopping' appointments. You contact us with the type of cards or other products you are looking for, then we organise a suitable time and date for your visit. We give exactly the same high standard of customer service we pride ourselves on, and on the day of the visit we gather together a large selection of items so that you have plenty of choice, just as you would in store. Each appointment is an hour long so you are free to set the pace, we can sit and chat while you browse in the comfort of your own home, the payment options are flexible, and the visit is free if you live within 5 miles of the shop.
